HPE Service Manager and Asset Manager “Win”
We are pleased and fortunate to announce one of the most significant IT Service Management projects in our 13 year history. On 1 February we kicked-off Release 1 of a multi-phase Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Service Manager and Asset Manager project for a large financial organization in the southeast. The project team will be working on a number of parallel work streams in order to deliver significantly enhanced service management and compliance management capabilities for this global company. The scope of this initiative covers Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Knowledge, and Request Management. Additionally, we will be integrating with a number of other systems to drive greater maturity in the Service Management discipline, while facilitating greater automation and reporting capabilities.
