Theresa Collins, has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, with the past 15 years focusing on the design and implementation of process efficiencies realized through enabling technologies. She served numerous IT roles in application support, application development, operations, and Service Desk management at Ashland, Inc. prior to beginning her consulting career.
As Vice President ITSM Services and Cultural Transformation at Whitlock, Theresa leads the ITSM practice with specialties in process improvement, service management tools and cultural adoption and works with the management team to define strategic and tactical initiatives for the company.
Prior to Whitlock, Theresa worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions and Pepperweed Consulting. Theresa received a B.A. from Berea College with post graduate studies in Information Technology at the University of Kentucky. Theresa has also holds certifications as an ITIL Expert.
